As first-time home buyers, Elisha gave us an overview of what to expect during the home-buying process and made sure we had the support we needed every step of the way. They never pushed us in any direction that we weren't comfortable with, and offered great insight and advice whenever we asked.

While we encountered some difficulty with the sellers and list agent at the midnight hour, we felt that Elisha, Taryn, and Molly advocated for us the best they could and continually went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Elisha, Taryn and their whole team did an outstanding job selling our home! There was a lot of competition in our neighborhood with many of our neighbors listing their houses at the same time. Elisha and Taryn put together a sound strategy for not only selling our hour quickly, but getting well above the asking price my wife and I had imagined. After living in our house for 15+ years, we needed a lot of help getting it ready to put on the market. Elisha had an awesome network of people who made themselves immediately available to help with everything including cleaning, packing, landscaping, and more. We listed our house on a Saturday and had several offers to pick from by the following  Monday. It's worth mentioning that our neighbors across the street listed their house (with a different agent) 2 weeks before us and didn't get an accepted offer for about another 2 weeks after our sale went pending. My wife and I were amazed how quickly we were able to get our home sold.

Meeting Elisha put my mind immediately at ease. Her confidence and experiential wisdom fueled my own enthusiasm for a huge project -- readying a house that had been empty for over a year for a quick (and hopefully lucrative) sale. Her vision, and sensitivity to my budget, enabled us to develop a plan (including moving belongings, full trash-out of years' worth of stuff, interior painting, roof work, yard work, lighting and other changes, and of course staging -- do not skip on staging is something I learned!) and execute it in under two months' time. 

I am so grateful that I listened to Elisha's advice as we readied the home -- every suggestion she made helped the house absolutely shine come listing time. 

The response was overwhelming, we just sat back and watched the number of views ratchet up into the thousands on various listing sites. We had 28 offers to sort through after the first -- and only -- weekend on the market, and we are now so happy a new family can enjoy their new home.

Working with Elisha, Taryn & Molly was an incredible experience start to finish. Elisha & Taryn felt like family from our first call with them and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. They walked us through every single step (some multiple times because we made so many offers) and made sure we were fully understanding everything. The most important thing we can say about Elisha and Taryn is that they have integrity and are very trustworthy. Our home purchase was, to put it mildly, completely out of the ordinary. Even so, Elisha and Taryn supported us throughout closing and beyond. We have resources through these gals that have helped with various needs, and this has been critical to our successful purchase and move. Our move was from the East coast, so no small feat. Having the support of this team and their resources was paramount to our survival.

All the stars needed to align for us to end up in our dream and Elisha, Taryn and Molly somehow made it happen.  

Every step of the way of our search and purchase was met with resistance and complications (literally every step) and every step of the way, we fully expected the dream to end and reality to set in.

Our experience with Elisha & Taryn was really amazing! There were a few hiccups in the process that had nothing to do with them, but they went above and beyond to help through the process. They really did take the time to check in with me constantly, and just made a very difficult and stressful process not so bad.
