​If you think your dream home is out of reach for whatever reason—finances, covid restrictions, or the competitiveness of this crazy market—then I f*cking dare you to give these girls a crack at it. All the stars needed to align for us to end up in our dream and Elisha, Taryn and Molly somehow made it happen. Every step of the way of our search and purchase was met with resistance and complications (literally every step) and every step of the way, we fully expected the dream to end and reality to set in.  From the outset, we told ourselves to be realistic,  avoid falling in love and we’d likely end up “settling” for something we could live with.  The market is too crazy, we can’t afford to compete etc etc.  Elisha, Taryn and Molly met each of those obstacles with a smile, a plan of attack and completely overcame every one of them. 

They got us our dream home and we still have little idea as to how—and again, that’s because they beared the brunt of the burden so we didn’t have to.  We both work full time and have busy lives, as most couples trying to purchase a home nowadays, and the girls definitely accommodate for that—they’re incredibly responsive, receptive, knowledgeable, always have their client’s best interests prioritized (usually 2 or 3 steps ahead) and communicate in ways that are efficient, stress-limiting and idiot proof (text messaging, docusign etc).  

Can’t rave about or recommend them highly enough but can assure anyone reading this that there’s no better team of professionals to have in your corner for what’s often a brutal, stressful and painstaking process.  They’re total badasses and get shit DONE.

We just completed a 6-month journey in a very crazy real estate market where we sold our current home and bought a new one simultaneously. This whole process of doing a contingent sale was super tough and overwhelming at times, but the only reason that we got through it, and got through it with the absolute best deal possible (better than we even expected) was because of these 2 women.

They helped us every step of the way and had trusted referrals for every service we needed. It started with decluttering our current home in February of 2025 (they referred us to a great resource for this) then making thoughtful repairs/minor repairs to the house to make our home attractive to the largest audience possible (and of course they had referrals for contractors to handle the repairs).

They were patient with us and had the perfect blend of educating us while still letting us make our own decisions (and even mistakes if we chose to lol).

Their attentiveness, people skills, and managing of the whole process and our expectations was second to none. We also got to experience a few other realtors during this process (the buyer’s agent for our old home and the seller’s agent on our new home) and seeing what can happen if you don’t have an amazing team like this became quite apparent!

We drug them out on countless property viewings all across northern Oregon. My wife and I also had a few moments of “freaking out” over this 6 months, but they never wavered. I truly cannot think of how they could have done any better for us, Elisha and Taryn far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Elisha, Taryn and their whole team did an outstanding job selling our home! There was a lot of competition in our neighborhood with many of our neighbors listing their houses at the same time.
